Innovent Travel is a woman owned and managed Independent Travel Company based in Johannesburg, South Africa with over 20 years of experience working with global corporates.

Innovent travel has been trading from August 2018.

Yvonne has experience working with CWT and American Express Travel in South Africa and through this has ventured into the running of her own travel management company Innovent Travel.

Innovent Travel is a Fully Independent, Travel Service Provider leveraging Leading Edge Technology as a Differentiator and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Innovent Travel handles all aspects of travel – domestic, regional and international including and not limited to the booking of low-cost carriers. Sourcing most cost-effective flights for clients in the shortest amount of time. Providing Country information, visa requirements and valid application forms for both corporate and personal travel. Adhering to the SLA and working within the travel policy of the company.

About YVONNE

Yvonne is highly experienced in the management of travel programmes having worked with global corporates and travel programmes in the Financial, ITC, Pharma and Oil&Gas sectors over the last 20 years.

Due to her in analytical and problem-solving skills Yvonne specialises in incubating new clients during implementation phase, customize and maintain change management programmes with travel consultants based across the country. Yvonne successfully oversaw the change management of customers transitioning from on-site location to off-site of their travel departments and from traditional bookings to an online booking solution. This proved to achieve huge cost savings for many corporate clients.

As Yvonne is people-orientated she is proficiently able to network and maintenance relationships between executives, executive assistance and travel management companies.

Using her experiences, enables Yvonne to expertly handle customer complaints/compliments ensuring fast resolution and ensure problematic trends eliminated on each event.

Yvonne has used her training on the job and her certifications from Unisa and Wits Business School in Management and Project Management to effectively carry out all tasks. She successfully leads on projects to streamline productivity and compliance. Execution, feedback and training when needed.
